WIXARITARI (HUICHOL) MEXICO PAINTING

A unique painting made of colorful yarn intricately glued on beeswax. The handicraft created by the Huichol Indians shows a mandala made of cacti symbolizing everything that is spiritual and intangible. The picture is glued on wood in the shape of a circle, the protruding part of which is a picture frame in a natural wood color.
